Yanghe Daqu was first made in the Sui and Tang dynasties, it began to
flourish in the Ming and Qing dynasties and was presented as a tribute
to the Qing Royals. In the years of 1979, 1984, and 1989 it made the
ranks of China's top-eight Baijiu on the national liquor conference
which was held every five years.

Carrying on the millennia of traditional craftsmanship, Yanghe Daqu
uses only the highest quality of Sorghum as a base, and the best
wheat, barley and peas as high-temperature fermenting agents.
Tasting Notes - soft fruit : raspberry and blueberry with a touch of
ripe banana - on the nose, accompanied by hints of fresh citrus. It is
a full-bodied, fragrant, fruity vodka which hits all the floral notes,
along with scattering leafy, herbal flavours such as ; mint and plump
berries.
